Meet the Owner
About Our Owner & General Manager, Tim Martin
Tim Martin was raised in Claremore, Oklahoma, and brings a diverse, high-performance background to Oklahoma Royal Homes.
Education & Early Career
- Graduate of The University of Tulsa (1999)
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Professional Athletics
- Played professional football for over 10 years in:
- NFL
- NFL Europe
- AFL
Construction & Industry Experience
- Began commercial construction career in Nashville with Turner Construction
- Earned LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification
- Served as Director of Operations for an emissions control company in Tulsa
Oklahoma Royal Homes
- Returned to Oklahoma in 2013
- Purchased Oklahoma Royal Homes in 2018 to pursue his passion for design and construction
Leadership & Community Involvement
- Active member of the Home Builders Association
- Former President of the Rogers County Chapter
- 2026 President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa

All of the decision-making can be a little overwhelming, that’s why we strive to make it as easy and stress-free as possible. It is important for anyone wanting to build a custom home to partner with a professional builder that specializes in custom, one-of-a-kind homes who will communicate and educate at every step of the process. Our Owner, Operations Manager, and Superintendents make themselves available by phone or email. We want you to be a part of the process, not just a bystander.
