Oklahoma Royal Homes
Established in 1996, Oklahoma Royal Homes has developed a reputation for delivering quality custom homes that meet or exceed our customers expectations. Each home we build is unique. Some “custom” home builders allow limited options for their customers. At Oklahoma Royal Homes we do not limit our customers. If you can dream it, we can build it.
Meet the Owner
When choosing a builder it’s important to have the right team and processes in place to make the home building process as efficient as possible.
Our owner and general manager, Tim Martin, was raised in Claremore, Oklahoma. Tim graduated from The University of Tulsa with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1999. He then went on to play pro football in the NFL, NFL Europe, and AFL for over 10 years. After retiring from football, he began a commercial construction career in Nashville with Turner Construction and while there, acquired his LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification. After moving back home from Nashville in 2013, he became the Director of Operations for an emission control company in Tulsa. In 2018, Tim decided to get back to his love of design and construction and bought Oklahoma Royal Homes. Tim is a family man and co-leads his small group at church, leads a devotion/pep talk to the Verdigris High School football team every Friday morning before games, and loves spending time with his wife and family. When choosing a builder, inevitably, our customers can see the difference Tim’s experience and background brings to the table but most importantly, he’s just a good, honest man.

We believe that communication is vital in any relationship and therefore make ourselves available for communication with our customers. All of the decision-making can be a little overwhelming, that’s why we strive to make it as easy and stress-free as possible. It is important for anyone wanting to build a custom home to partner with a professional builder that specializes in custom, one-of-a-kind homes who will communicate and educate at every step of the process. Our Owner, Operations Manager, and Superintendents make themselves available by phone or email. We want you to be a part of the process, not just a bystander.

We believe that if we have been successful at communicating with customers and managing our vendors and subcontractors so everyone understands the customers’ expectations we will have happy customers, not just on closing day, but for years to come.
