Honesty and Integrity: In this day and age maybe it’s a little old fashioned to expect people to say what they mean and mean what they say, but at Oklahoma Royal Homes that is exactly what we strive for. It is the way we want to be treated and therefore the way we treat others.

Quality: Webster’s defines quality as “a degree or grade of excellence or worth”. For most people, a home is their most valuable material asset. At Oklahoma Royal Homes we recognize that you desire your home to be one of excellence and great worth. We choose our subcontractors carefully, and consistently monitor their work to insure quality.

Open Communication: We believe this is vital in any relationship and therefore offer a lot of opportunity for communication with our customers. If you need assistance looking for a lot on which to build, we can help you. Need help finding just the right house plan? We can assist you with that as well. Once the building process begins we provide you with a Home Organizer that allows you to make choices room by room. All of the decision making can be a little overwhelming, that’s why we strive to make it as easy and stress-free as possible. The owner, Darin Lauer, makes himself available by phone or email, and visits the jobsites on a regular basis. We want you to be a part of the process, not just a bystander.

A little more about the owner….

While Darin has been building homes in the Roger’s County area for the past decade, he literally grew up in the building business as his father was a commercial contractor. Darin was able to experience the “ins and outs” of building which grew into a great appreciation for the profession.

Early in Darin’s educational career he received his Airframe & Powerplant License allowing him an opportunity to work in aviation. He later completed his bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership. Darin worked a number of years in Quality Management, both in the field of aviation and general manufacturing, all the while fine tuning his attention to detail and quality. He received training and became qualified in ISO 9000 and Six Sygma Black Belt standards. This training and experience in process improvement would prove to be a great value in his career as a homebuilder. Darin always had a love for building, and would eventually leave the corporate world to pursue this passion.

Darin built his first home in 1996 and began a business that would become known as Oklahoma Royal Homes. Darin is an active member in the Rogers County Homebuilder’s Association and has achieved the status of State Certified Builder. The achievement he is most proud of however is being able to help others achieve their goal of owning a quality built home. Whether it be a first time home buyer, or a customer building their dream home, Darin is personally involved in every step of the building process and welcomes open communication with each customer.

Darin has recruited others to the Oklahoma Royal Homes team that share the same integrity and passion that he has for building homes. At Oklahoma Royal Homes, we don’t just build houses, we build homes and lasting relationships.
